EDITH TANKUS’ one-woman theatre show Not Yet, At All has toured North America in theatre and fringe festivals, playing to sold-out houses and rave reviews. She won “Best Actress Award” in Victoria, and was featured at the UNO Festival of solo performances.

Not Yet, At All by Edith Tankus and Tomas Kubinek takes place during the era of stardust and Depression, where a feisty girl escapes the confines of her life only to land herself in the world of a traveling circus. She courts chaos and defies gravity, risking life and limb on the high trapeze, spinning a tale of whimsy, magic and sweet carnival love.

Not Yet, At All is a finely tuned piece of storytelling and aerial work, woven together by a variety of weird and wonderful characters all skillfully portrayed by Edith Tankus.

EDITH TANKUS is an alumnus of L’Ecole Jacques Lecoq’s International School of Physical Theatre in Paris. In addition to Not Yet, At All, EDITH TANKUS presents her hilarious clown show Hurricane Gerty to family audiences, and she leads workshops for theatre students and professionals.

“An absolutely brilliant and perfectly orchestrated piece of one-woman theatre…Not Yet, At All is both funny and dark and there is something here that words cannot touch. 5 stars” Edmonton’s VUE Weekly

“I live for performances like the one offered up by Edith Tankus. Her hyper-elegant clown show with twists walks a fine line between entertainment and enlightenment.” Edmonton’s See Magazine

“It’s hard to overestimate the joy of finding a really skilled performer…Tankus sings, acts, plays the ukulele and does trapeze work; she’s confident, physically articulate and has a great sense of timing to boot….” Eye Magazine
